
Elizabeth J. Rozell is Professor of Management at Missouri State University. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration (Management) from the
University of Mississippi, and her MBA and BS from Missouri State University.
Her primary research interests include intrapersonal determinants of computer-related
performance, attribution theory, learned helplessness, and human resource management.
Articles she has written have appeared in Personnel Psychology, Group and
Organization Studies, and the Journal of Psychology. Her teaching interests
include organizational behavior and strategic management.
